The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to architect and build the central system of our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will own the full automation lifecycle: integrating multiple internal businesses with external marketplaces (Amazon, eMAG etc.), generating accounting reports, and developing real-time intelligence engines to scrape and analyze competitor pricing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Marketplace Integration & Automation
Marketing Automation: Design and maintain a unified API layer that can create ad campaigns on external marketplaces like Amazon, eMAG, etc.
Inventory & Order Sync: Build event-driven pipelines to ensure real-time inventory synchronization and automated order routing across all connected businesses to prevent overselling.
Multi-Tenant Architecture: Ensure the system can securely isolate and manage data for multiple distinct business entities within a single codebase.
Error Handling: Develop robust retry mechanisms and monitoring for third-party API rate limits, downtime, and schema changes.
2. Competitor Intelligence & Real-Time Scraping
Scraping Infrastructure: Develop high-performance, distributed web scrapers to monitor competitor pricing and inventory on a near real-time basis.
Anti-Bot Evasion: Implement advanced techniques to bypass anti-scraping measures.
Dynamic Repricing: Implement algorithmic repricing logic that automatically adjusts our listing prices based on the competitive data you collect.
Technical Requirements
AI Tools: You are comfortable using Cursor / Claude Code / Codex or other AI coding agents.
Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Typescript Bun/Node, Python, Go, or similar technologies
Marketplace APIs: Proven experience working with complex e-commerce APIs (e.g., Amazon Selling Partner API, eBay Trading API, Shopify Admin API).
Scraping Tools: Expert-level knowledge of headless browsers and automation tools.
Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) for transactional data and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) for caching and scraping data.
Infrastructure: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
