E-Commerce Assistant

Our company is a growing e-commerce business. We operate on multiple platforms including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and . We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Listing Assistant to help us manage and optimize our online listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms: eBay, Amazon, Walmart.
Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and bullet points to maximize visibility and conversion.
Upload product images, ensuring high quality and proper formatting.
Monitor product performance and update listings as needed (pricing, keywords, descriptions).
Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce product listing (preferably across multiple platforms).
Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to create SEO-rich content.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms: eBay Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center
Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for inventory and data management is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with tools like Helium 10, or Keepa.
