E-Commerce Assistant

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on the Amazon platform, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings, including engaging product titles, descriptions, and images.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on Amazon Seller Central, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Assist in inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, and addressing any issues related to stock levels.
Stay informed about Amazon policies, updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
Work closely with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically managing Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace and fulfillment processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
