E-Com Operations & Growth Manager (Right Hand Role) / Long Term

About the Role

I am looking for a high-level right hand to help build and scale several online businesses from the ground up. 2 Shopify Store, one with an amazon channel, one service agency.

The project is at an early stage, but there are already many things to set up and structure.

This is not a short-term VA role.

I am looking for someone to work with me for the next several years, and grow into a key pillar of the business.
The objective is to scale to 5–10 employees next year, and this role will play a central part in that growth.


Your Mission
You will work directly with me on strategy, execution, and daily operations.
Over time, you will take ownership of critical parts of the business and help structure both systems and people.
This role requires someone who thinks ahead, learns fast, and is comfortable taking responsibility.


Main Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management

- Manage multiple projects at the same time
- Organize tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Improve workflows and internal systems
- Coordinate with freelancers and future tea ---------- mbers

E-commerce & Online Business
Experience in one or more is sufficient; not all are required;

Shopify and dropshipping
Amazon projects


Marketing & Growth
- Social media marketing on Instagram, TikTok, Google, and related platforms
- Content planning and post creation
- Video creation and editing is a strong plus
- Growth?oriented mindset; testing, analyzing, and improving


Tools & Automation
- GoHighLevel experience is a major plus
- Comfortable using and learning SaaS tools
- Ability to build or improve simple automation systems


Leadership & Future Growth
- Help onboard and train future tea ---------- mbers
- Gradually develop management responsibilities
- Grow into a leadership role as the company scales


Required Profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
- A quick learner and self?starter
- Strategic thinker, not only an executor
- Organized, reliable, and detail?oriented
- Comfortable with responsibility and ownership
- Looking for a long?term position, not short contracts

Compensation & Growth
Compensation will be aligned with experience and performance.
Remuneration is designed to evolve over time, with clear upside as the business grows.
This role is expected to grow significantly within 12 to 24 months, including higher compensation and leadership responsibilities.
