Django Developer to Be Trained as a Growth Engineer

Do you want to learn how to market and grow an online business?

You'll be working for the former Growth Engineer at Kissmetrics. First you'll help us launch a retail site for window blinds. Next you'll work on building and testing ideas to grow the business fast.

We're going to blend marketing and engineering. We'll dive into user experience, lead generation, paid advertising, conversion rate optimization, up-selling... We'll relentlessly test our ideas to see which ones grow the business the most. You'll be on the cutting edge.

You'll learn more in 3 months than you did all of last year.

I'm not going to lie, the pace will be intense. You'll be learning new web technologies and marketing techniques as you go. We'll be rapidly innovating. Although you'll be working under the guidance of an experienced engineer, you'll be the sole developer on the team – so you'll need to be comfortable working independently.

The right person will either be proficient with either Django or AngularJS, and will quickly become a capable full-stack web developer and growth engineer.
