# Distribution Coordinator — Remote / Availability-Based

As the Distribution Coordinator, you will help our label distribute music releases accurately, quickly, and in an organized way.

This is not a fixed part-time role. It is availability-based. When work is needed during your availability window, you are expected to respond quickly and handle the task.

## What you will do

* Take release information from our CRM and submit songs through our distribution platform
* Enter metadata, licensing details, attributions, artist names, release dates, and all required fields accurately
* Track incoming songs and make sure releases are distributed as soon as possible
* Communicate clearly with the team when information is missing or something needs confirmation
* Keep release work organized and updated properly
* Follow instructions and internal systems carefully

## What we are looking for

* Very organized person
* Fast response time during working availability
* Fluent English speaking and texting is a must
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to adapt fast and learn quickly
* Comfortable working remotely
* Music background is preferred
* No direct distribution experience required, but you must be serious, reliable, and willing to learn a lot

## Availability

You must have around 12 hours of availability per day.

This does not mean you will work 12 hours per day. It means that during this availability window, you should be reachable and ready to handle distribution tasks when needed.

## Compensation

Pay starts at $250 USD per month.

Salary can grow over time based on performance, responsibility, speed, and reliability.

## Notes

This role is best for someone who is organized, fast, responsible, and wants to grow inside a music company.

We are willing to train the right person, but we need someone who takes the role seriously and can follow systems properly.
