For our United Kingdom dropshipping business we are looking forward to hit 8 figures this year. Therefore we are looking for a highly developed customer care agent with experience in Shopify to be part of a new team in our organization, this is for a long term application

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word strawberry before you introduce yourself. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.

As a customer care agent you must have:

- Experience in Shopify (Must!)
- At least 1 year experience with disputifier (Must)
- Good communication skills (Must!)
- Experience with giorgias
