Dispatch & Operations Manager – U.S. Freight Transportation (Remote)

Pullcision Dispatching Transportation Solutions is a fast-growing U.S.-based logistics company specializing in dispatching for cargo vans, box trucks, and semi-trucks. We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and reliable Dispatch & Operations Manager to oversee daily load coordination, driver communication, and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch operations for multiple truck types (cargo vans, box trucks, dump trucks, semis)

Book loads using DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, and other platforms

Coordinate directly with drivers and brokers via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Monitor and update load tracking spreadsheets (Excel) or TMS

Troubleshoot delays, cancellations, and driver issues in real time

Support onboarding for new clients and drivers

Assist with internal team coordination and basic admin tasks

Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years experience in U.S. logistics or dispatch operations

Knowledge of freight types: LTL, FTL, Partial, Hotshot, etc.

Familiar with TMS platforms (AscendTMS is a plus)

Experienced using load boards: DAT is required; Truckstop/123Loadboard is a plus

Strong written and spoken English communication

Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and workflow tools (Slack, Trello, or similar)

Reliable internet and backup power source
