Dispatch Manager / Team Lead (Locksmith Operations)

We are a growing locksmith company based in North Carolina, looking for a Dispatch Manager / Team Lead to oversee and improve our daily operations.

This is a remote position and a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who can manage dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations
Coordinate jobs between technicians and customers
Ensure jobs are handled efficiently and professionally
Support and guide dispatchers to improve performance
Monitor job flow, follow-ups, and closures
Help build structure and improve systems as we grow
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to handle a fast-paced environment
Experience in dispatch, call center, or operations is a plus

We are especially interested in candidates who already have an office setup and a team in place, or the ability to build and manage a team.
