What We're Looking For

- Strong English communication skills (especially in chat)
- A laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection and a backup option
- Fast and stable internet (required for workflow)
- The ability to respond quickly when contacted
- Basic sales or persuasion skills to help convert customers
- Emotional intelligence when dealing with client concerns
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Job Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Communicate with customers on behalf of our clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Hanale inquiries, assist with concerns, and support customers effectively
- Provide sales pitches or conversion strategies to encourage customers to invest in our client's services
- Clock in/out and begin working as scheduled
- Represent our clients with professionalism and care
Work Schedule (PH Time)
Operations are conducted under the following shifts:
- Shift 1: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Compensation
- Starting Rate: $1.50 per hour
- Commissions: 3% sales commission (with potential to grow your base rate up to $4/hour depending on performance)
Awarded every cut-off based on overall account performance, adherence to company systems, and quality of execution.
Bonuses are structured to reward:
- Strong conversion performance
- Proper upselling and session stacking
- Consistent application of company messaging systems
- Discipline in following friction timing guidelines
- Overall team collaboration and reliability
Bonus eligibility is determined based on measurable performance metrics and manager evaluation.
Low Performance: 8% commission rate only for poor results
We reward hard work, quality performance, and consistent improvement.
