We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can own the entire front-end of ad production — from deep customer research ? winning angles ? profitable briefs ? feedback loop with creatives.
This is not a “theoretical” role.
You either drive profitable ads, or you don’t.
???? Your Role
You are responsible for turning raw product + audience data into winning ad creatives.
You will:
Deep dive into the product, market, and competition
Identify pain points, desires, objections, and beliefs
Translate insights into high-converting ad angles
Create clear, actionable briefs for:
Video Editors
Graphic Designers
Review creatives and give direct, performance-driven feedback
Continuously iterate based on Meta ad data

Research avatar (manual first, AI second)
Forums, reviews, competitors, comments
Extract:
Pain points
Desired outcomes
Failed solutions
Emotional triggers
Turn this into:
Hooks
Angles
Storylines
Build structured briefs:

Script (or key messaging)
Send to team (video editors / designers)
Review outputs and give clear revision feedback
Analyze ad performance and iterate
? Requirements
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for
You have created briefs that turned into profitable ads
Experience leading or directing:
Video Editors
Graphic Designers
Strong copywriting skills (this is NOT optional)
You understand:
Hooks
Angles
Direct response psychology
You know how to:
Read Meta ad data (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.)
Identify winning vs losing creatives fast
Comfortable using:
Slack
Fast execution, high ownership mindset

You only “manage” creatives but don’t create angles yourself
You rely fully on AI without understanding the customer
You’ve never produced ads that actually spent and converted
You need constant direction

Experience in:
E-commerce / direct response
