Compensation: $15.00 USD / Hour + $800 USD Bonus per validated Winning Angle

Job Overview: We are a rapidly scaling US-focused e-commerce brand running high-volume Meta Ads. We are not looking for a generic copywriter. We are looking for a highly analytical Consumer Psychology Specialist & Angle Hunter.

Your singular objective is to dive deep into platforms like Reddit, Amazon 1-star reviews, the Meta Ads Library, YouTube, TikTok, and niche forums to extract raw, unfiltered "Voice of Customer" (VoC) data and competitive insights. Your primary goal is to discover entirely new marketing angles specifically targeting the "Unaware" and "Problem Aware" stages of the market. You will use this data to identify untapped emotional pain points and build new psychological bridges that convert cold traffic into buyers.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Market Mining: Scrape Reddit, Facebook groups, Amazon reviews, the Meta Ads Library, trending YouTube videos, and TikTok to find the exact, visceral slang, metaphors, and "Micro- ---------- nts" our target audience uses, as well as finding fresh ad concepts from outside our direct competitors.
Awareness Shifting: Focus specifically on cracking the "Unaware" and "Problem Aware" audiences. You must find ways to connect with people who either don't know they have a problem yet, or know they have a problem but don't know there is a solution.
Angle Architecture: Identify the "Unique Mechanism of the Problem" (UMP) and the "Unique Mechanism of the Solution" (UMS) to create entirely new approaches to selling our products.
Camouflage Hook Creation: Write raw, native-feeling "Camouflage Hooks" (10-100 words) that stop the scroll on Meta because they look like genuine user posts, not sanitized advertisements.
Strategic Briefing: Synthesize your research into actionable Strategic Market Briefs and fill out our internal "Creative Hit Rate Tracker" for the media buying team.

Requirements & Skills:

You must be obsessed with Direct Response Marketing and consumer psychology (Bonus points if you know Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz or Great Leads).
You understand that polite, sanitized marketing language fails, and raw, visceral metaphors win.
You possess a high level of analytical intelligence. You don't just collect data; you recognize behavioral patterns across multiple platforms (from Reddit text to YouTube video hooks) to construct the "Goldilocks Villain" for our ad copy.
Excellent, native-level US English reading and writing skills.

The Compensation Structure:

Base Pay: $15.00 USD per hour for your research, brief creation, and hook writing.
The Scale Bonus: We reward execution. For every new core Angle you develop that successfully passes our 72-hour testing phase and scales as a "Winning Angle" in our ad account, you will receive an $800 USD cash bonus.
