We are looking for an experienced Direct Response Video Editor who understands performance marketing and knows how to edit videos that convert.
You will receive finished copywriting scripts for VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and your job is to turn them into engaging videos by selecting and editing the right B-roll footage for each scene.
The videos are typically 1–5 minutes long and follow a structured direct response format used in Meta and TikTok ads.
Responsibilities:
• Edit high-converting Direct Response VSL videos (1–5 minutes)
• Add relevant B-roll footage for each scene based on the script
• Sync visuals with voiceover and captions
• Maintain strong pacing, pattern interrupts and engagement
• Deliver videos optimized for paid social ads (Meta / TikTok)
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience editing direct response or performance marketing videos
• Understanding of VSL structure, hooks, pacing and retention
• Ability to source and integrate high-quality B-roll quickly
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
• Fast turnaround and ability to follow structured scripts
