Direct Response Copywriter

Are you a magician with words? Can you turn your copy into sales? Do you know what it takes to turn browsing visitors into paying customers? Have you mastered the art of persuasion? We're looking for you, the best in direct response copywriting!

If successfully chosen you'll find yourself part of a small boutique performance digital marketing agency in Australia working remotely on some amazing projects with the opportunity to stamp your creativity on Australian businesses. You'll be part of a team of 12 with 8 colleagues based in the Philippines.

We specialise in driving leads and sales for our customers and our core strategy for building more traffic and sales for our customers. Your role will be focused on our clients and our own personal marketing helping to take our agency to new heights.

Your Skill Requirements:
- You must speak English natively - your English is of paramount importance.
- You must have excellent grammar with the correct use of punctuation.
- You must be able to research any industry and/or topic and niche.
- You must be able to conduct market research to identify your target niche and persona
- You must be able to write "punchy" and value-driven copy that entices persuades and ultimately leads to sales for a variety of media such as landing pages, website copy, internal sales brochures, Facebook ads and more.
- You must understand how to sell and how to encourage readers of your content to engage with our customers.
- You MUST NOT PLAGIARIZE - all content should be 100% unique.
- You must have experience, this is not a role for beginners.
- You must be able to assist with the following media, website copy, landing pages, facebook copy, ebooks, outreach emails, cold emails etc.

Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to your role - we offer flexible working hours but you must be available, reliable and consistent.
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have exceptional English speaking & writing skills.
- You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously. - poor communication will not be a good fit for our business.
- You must be set up for occasional zoom calls
- You must be set up and available for discussions within Slack throughout business hours

The salary for this position is PHP 50,000 to PHP100,000 p/month (paid weekly via Paypal).

Depending on the quality of your work and experience we are open to negotiation on your final salary. If you think you are the best writer available and your quality is better than all others then tell us, we'd love to speak with you and your salary requirements.

This role is a full-time role, you must be available through the hours of 8am - 4pm or close to it, you must be a team player and available on slack throughout those hours.
