Position: Digital Support Representative
Location: Philippines (Work from Home)
Schedule: 7 days a week, 8-hour shifts (Flexible scheduling – can be day, night, or morning shifts)
Salary: Up to $1,200 per month, based on performance

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in real-time chat conversations
- Build strong relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines while ensuring a personalized experience
- Maintain a high response rate and work towards achieving sales and engagement targets


What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent written English with excellent grammar and spelling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain engaging conversations
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or as a virtual assistant is a plus
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and adapt to flexible working hours
- Fast typing speed and comfort with handling multiple chats at once
