JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Operations & Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our online business. This role combines social media management, customer service, e-commerce operations, inventory administration, community engagement, and support for our eBay Live streams.

A strong background and genuine knowledge of Pokémon is essential, as understanding the TCG space, products, and community culture will be critical to success in this role.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, helping one of Australia’s leading Pokémon businesses continue to grow while ensuring our community receives an exceptional experience.

This is a dynamic and evolving role, and flexibility will be required as the business scales, new opportunities emerge, and responsibilities expand over time.
