Our international digital media company is scaling rapidly, and we are strengthening our remote messaging division to support increasing platform activity.
We are currently hiring skilled Virtual Assistants who are confident in written English, highly dependable, and motivated to deliver consistent, high-level performance in a structured remote environment.

Your Core Responsibility
In this position, you will oversee private written interactions with users across various digital platforms.

Your role is to:
Conduct professional and engaging one-on-one conversations
Maintain high communication standards at all times
Support user satisfaction and long-term platform engagement
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant content
Contribute to overall retention and growth objectives
Success in this role depends on clarity, consistency, and strong written expression.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Advanced English writing skills (minimum C1 level required)
Strong grammar control and precise spelling
Excellent attention to detail
Typing speed of 60+ WPM (preferred)
A structured and responsible work approach
Openness to coaching and continuous development

Schedule & Commitment
8-hour daily shifts
6 days per week
Operations run 24/7 (including nights and weekends)
Shift scheduling can be aligned with your time zone
Compensation & Advancement
Fixed monthly salary: PHP 38,000 – PHP 50,000
Additional performance-based bonuses
Bi-weekly compensation via Payoneer, Wise, or direct bank transfer
Defined promotion track (Senior Agent ? Team Lead ? Trainer ? Management)
