**About the Role;

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, to support our fast-growing personal brand and online coaching business. This role is ideal for someone who is already familiar with **GoHighLevel**, sales funnels, email automation, and has a solid understanding of "Online coaching", digital products, and content creation.

If you're organized, results-driven, creative, and up to date with "online marketing trends", we want to hear from you.

Your Core Responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel Funnel & Automation Setup

* Build opt-in funnels, landing pages, thank you pages, and checkout flows
* Set up automation workflows (email + SMS + trigger links)
* Manage CRM pipelines and appointment booking workflows

2. Email Marketing

* Write and schedule email campaigns and nurture sequences
* Organize lists, segments, tags, and automations for optimized delivery
* Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions

3. Content Repurposing & Social Media Support

* Help repurpose long-form content into short videos, posts, carousels, and reels
* Schedule and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Use Canva or templates to design engaging content

4. Course & Coaching Launch Support

* Upload and organize content for online courses, challenges, or coaching programs
* Assist with product launches, webinar funnels, and offer pages
* Monitor KPIs and support with launch debriefs

5. Marketing Trend Research & Optimization
* Stay updated on the latest tools, formats, and trends in online marketing
* Suggest improvements for funnels, email, and social content based on what's working now

**Bonus (Not Required but a Plus):**

* Familiar with ManyChat, ClickFunnels,
* Experience editing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
* Familiar with Notion, Trello, or ClickUp

* Canva
* Google Docs/Sheets
* Email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel built-in)
* Zoom, Loom, Trello/ClickUp

Compensation & Work Schedule:

* 20–40 hours/week (negotiable based on skill and availability)
