As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the agency owner, supporting teams (SEO, website development, content creator, graphic designer) and clients to launch new campaigns on time and on budget, while optimizing current SEO, Google Ads and Social Media marketing campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build our global digital marketing roadmap by planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Build, lead and manage the inbound marketing campaigns
• Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage all digital marketing budgets
• Oversee our and client social media accounts
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with different teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
• Manage agency relations


Qualifications
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• AdWords certification and 2+ years of AdWords account management experience
• Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong team management and communication (written and verbal English) skills
