Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Strategist VA to support day-to-day execution across email marketing, social media posting, AI-assisted content, and basic automation tasks. This role focuses on implementing existing strategies, templates, and workflows, ensuring consistency, organization, and timely execution across platforms.

Core Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing Support

Build and schedule email campaigns using provided copy and templates

Assist with basic email flows (welcome, announcements, simple automations)

Format emails for brand and mobile responsiveness

Upload lists and manage tags/segments as directed

Platforms may include: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar

2. Social Media Content Posting

Schedule and publish social media posts across assigned platforms

Use pre-approved captions, visuals, or content prompts

Maintain posting consistency and formatting

Light hashtag research and placement

3. AI Automation Assistance

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, ManyChat, etc.) to:

Repurpose content

Assist with drafts and ideation

Populate content and automation templates

Support existing automation workflows (no advanced builds required)

4. Content Strategy Support

Maintain and update content calendars

Organize content ideas and assets in Notion, Google Drive, or Airtable

Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts

Identify content gaps or inconsistencies

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)

Familiarity with social scheduling tools

Working knowledge of AI tools for content and productivity

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

Clear written communication in English
