We are seeking a Digital Ecosystem Lead to help build, maintain, and improve the systems that support the next version of STACS.

?

Position Overview

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ideas, organizing them into systems, solving problems, and helping transform vision into reality.

The Digital Ecosystem Lead will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to improve workflows, support digital initiatives, build scalable systems, and help maintain a growing digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is both technically capable and strategically minded. They are proactive, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication.

?

Key Areas of Responsibility

Systems & Automation

• Build and improve workflows and automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, Jotform, Typeform, AI tools, and related technologies

• Help streamline operational processes and reduce unnecessary administrative burden

• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and repeatable systems

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions

?

Content & Brand Support

• Design branded materials and digital assets using Canva

• Assist with podcast publishing and content distribution

• Support social media scheduling and content organization

• Help maintain consistency across all STACS platforms and products

• Assist with development of digital products, guides, templates, and educational resources

?

Audience & Product Intelligence Partnership

• Partner with the Founder to organize recurring audience questions, client themes, content insights, and market observations

• Help identify patterns and opportunities that may inform future products, services, trainings, and resources

• Maintain knowledge libraries, databases, and organizational systems that support product development and strategic planning

• Assist in translating audience insights into scalable systems, resources, and initiatives

?

Digital Platform Management

• Update website content, forms, resources, and landing pages

• Assist with digital product delivery systems

• Maintain organization and consistency across the STACS digital ecosystem

• Support implementation of new digital tools and systems as needed

?

What Success Looks Like

The strongest candidates:

• Communicate proactively and consistently

• Do not require repeated follow-up for updates

• Enjoy creating order from complexity

• Think in systems and patterns

• Take initiative and solve problems independently

• Are comfortable learning new technology

• Enjoy helping meaningful projects come to life

• Focus on outcomes rather than simply completing tasks

At STACS, we value impact over activity. Success in this role is measured not only by completed tasks, but by the positive impact those efforts have on team efficiency, workflow improvement, client experience, and organizational growth.

?

Required Skills

• Strong Canva skills

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

• Confidence using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools

• Strong written English communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

?

Hours & Compensation

• Part-time remote position

• Approximately 20-25 hours per week

• Initial 90-day onboarding and evaluation period

• Opportunities for compensation increases based on reliability, initiative, communication, business impact, and overall contribution to STACS

• Long-term growth opportunity for the right person

?

Why Join STACS?

We are building more than a therapy practice.

We are building systems, tools, products, and experiences designed to help individuals, families, communities, and organizations better understand themselves and function more effectively.

If you enjoy building, improving, organizing, learning, and contributing to meaningful work, we would love to hear from you.
