We're looking for a Digital Creative & UI/UX Designer to support ongoing website improvements, landing pages, digital assets, and creative execution across the business.
What you'll work on:

UI/UX improvements and layout refinements in Figma
Responsive design adjustments and wireframes
Clean developer handoff files and implementation notes
Digital assets for social media, paid ads, and website initiatives
Design work aligned to TMJ's visual identity and design system
Iterating on live creative work with close collaboration

You're a strong fit if you:

Have strong Figma skills and understand modern UI layout principles
Can produce clean, organised files developers can work from
Have experience with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite
Understand grids, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
Communicate clearly and manage yourself without follow-up
Take feedback well and iterate quickly

Hours: 15–25 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow
Rate: $6–$8/hour USD
