JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to grow my real estate business.

This is NOT a beginner role. We are looking for someone who already understands paid advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization, and who takes ownership of results.

Primary Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Launch and manage Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns
- Monitor and report weekly ad performance and optimize for cost per lead and quality
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages
- Ensure all leads are sent to my KW Command CRM using Zapier and are tagged correctly based on source and campaign
- Ensure all leads are emailed to me using Zapier as they come in
- Coordinate with me to improve lead quality and conversion
- Maintain clean, organized campaign documentation

You will NOT have to create the ads. I will provide the ads based on the recommendations of my real estate coach. However, I welcome input from you if you have experience running and managing real estate ads.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience (12-18 months or more) managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience running lead generation ad campaigns
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to follow instructions, but think independently and make recommendations

Strong understanding of:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads platform
- Pixels and conversion tracking

Experience with:
- Retargeting campaigns
- Lookalike audiences
- Split testing (A/B testing)

Real Estate Ad Experience Preferred
- Experience running ads for real estate or mortgage business
- Familiarity with using Zapier to automatically send leads into my KW Command CRM and email leads to me as they arrive
- Understanding of real estate buyer and seller lead funnels

Technical Requirements
- Fast, stable internet connection with backup internet capability
- Reliable computer
- Ability to record screen captures/videos using tools like Loom

Work Schedule & Expectations
- Part-time position (Estimated 2-3 hours per week)
- Post new ads within 24 hours (18 hours preferred) of receipt
- Scheduled, routine weekly analytics updates
- Proactively verify and report on status of ads multiple times per week

Pay and Benefits
- $4.75/hour (US $)
- Paid weekly (Friday evening US Eastern Time)
- 13th Month Pay (1/12th) of that calendar year's pay
- Christmas bonus
