Digital Access Pass (DAP), PHP and API Programming Professional Needed

I am looking for someone who is proficient at Digital Access Pass(DAP), PHP and API programming. I need to connect a Landing Page and Webinar to a Wordpress membership DAP site and be able to generate reports. I also need to connect this data to a crm called Bitrix24.
