Development Project Manager

We are in need of a web development project manager who can sync work between our marketing team and web development team.

Your job duties will include:

- Understanding the task given from marketing team and able to create a ticket and translate it to developers
- Make sure developers have no further questions or address any questions very fast. the goal is to eliminate any delays
- Monitor developers what are they doing, and make sure they are always busy and have backlog
- Monitor developers work speed
