Developer for whatsapp ultramsg/make integration

Hi there,
I run a business where all my clients contact me on WhatsApp Business to make bookings. I currently use:
* Dubsado to manage bookings & client projects
* Kommo CRM to send chat bot messages through WhatsApp & make deposit requests (but I want to remove this)
* SkipCash (Middle East payment gateway) to collect deposits
I need a developer help me set up Ultramsg with my WhatsApp
Set up
* Responds to client messages using natural AI (GPT-based)
* Offers available time slots for bookings
* Collects booking info: name, phone, booking type, date & time
* Sends client a payment link for the deposit
Dubsado Automation:
* Once the booking is confirmed via chat, it creates a new project in Dubsado
* Auto-fills all the booking details (name, session type, date, time, phone, etc.)
Payment Tracking:
* When the client pays via payment gateway, a webhook notifies the system
* That payment confirmation is used to update Dubsado (mark as paid / change project status)

I need you to:
* Set up or connect a WhatsApp chatbot (via Ultramsg )
* Connect it to OpenAI for human-like replies
* Integrate Dubsado via Make/API
* Set up the SkipCash API & webhook connection
* Make the whole system easy to monitor or update later
I must keep my existing WhatsApp number and continue using WhatsApp Business on my phone.
