Developer for Database and Workflow Automation

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a PostgreSQL-based database and automate our weekly lead processing workflow. This job includes:

Database Setup:
-Designing and implementing a PostgreSQL database to handle large datasets (500,000+ rows).
-Optimizing the schema for performance, including indexing and constraints.

Data Import Automation:
-Automating the import of large Excel/CSV files into the database.
-Ensuring data consistency and error handling during imports.

Data Cleaning and Deduplication:
-Automating deduplication of phone numbers and emails.
-Validating data (e.g., flagging invalid emails and phone numbers).
-Identifying new leads by comparing weekly datasets.

Export Process:
-Automating the export of cleaned data in a format ready for CRM upload.
-Removing invalid entries from the final export.

Documentation:
-Providing clear documentation for database and automation workflows.

Required Skills:
-Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
-Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
-Familiarity with handling and cleaning large datasets (Excel/CSV).
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
