Looking for someone with a proved trackrecord in both web development as well as software.

We are looking for one person or a team to help us:
Create new websites and landing pages for various projects.
Help create new course platforms
Build softwares for recruitement either from scratch or using softwares like ----------

Requirements:
Efficient and quick worker
Good communication
Knows how to work with a team
Has experience from web develeopment and has created one or more softwares
Has an eye for design, and basic knowledge in optimising for conversion
