What You’ll Do:

• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs, specifically working with Direct to Film (DTF) gang sheets, bringing customers’ ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.
• Production Assistance: Oversee the creation and execution of designs for various apparel items, ensuring they meet high standards.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day office responsibilities such as order tracking, customer communication, and file organization.
• Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the management team to improve processes, bring fresh design ideas, and help us grow as a business.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Experience with DTF gang sheets and understanding of production processes.
• Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
