Depo-Provera Legal Intake Agent

We need a legal intake / call center agent who can speak with U.S. claimants, follow a script, ask qualification questions, collect documents, and take clean notes.
We are hiring a reliable Legal Intake Agent for a Depo-Provera / Medroxyprogesterone medical claim intake campaign.

You will call people who submitted an inquiry and ask simple qualification questions to see if they may meet the current review criteria.

This is a phone-based intake role. You must be comfortable speaking with U.S. callers, asking medical-related questions, following a script, collecting information, helping claimants upload documents, and taking accurate notes.

Training will be provided.
