About Us
We are a leading environmental consulting company specializing in designated substance surveys, including assessments and consultation for asbestos, mould, silica, and lead in various buildings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, problem-solving individual to join our back office team and support our critical reporting processes.
Job Overview
As a Back Office Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming raw data from site visits into professional reports and database records. You’ll work with Microsoft Word document templates and Microsoft Access database forms to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This part-time role offers flexible hours (15–40+ hours per week, based on workload) and requires a quick turnaround, with completed reports expected within one day of receiving data. The information you handle is sensitive, so discretion and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review initial data from site visits (e.g., survey findings for asbestos, mould, silica, or lead).
- Input data accurately into provided Microsoft Word report templates and Microsoft Access database forms.
- Ensure reports are complete and delivered within one business day of receiving data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to site assessments and client details.
- Follow provided training materials (mini training videos) to learn workflows and reporting standards.
- Communicate with the team to clarify data or report requirements when necessary.
