Data Mining / Researcher

We're looking for another Data Mining / Researcher Superstar to join our growing team for our USA based business.


WAGE:

You will be paid a retainer of $250-$350 USD per month (paid weekly) depending on experience. Your wage may increase after a probation period of 3 months depending on your skill level.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Data Mining - I need you to be able to use Google, Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo search engines. You will search based on our provided search queries and collect data from the results to be logged in an (excel/google docs) spreadsheet.

2. Communication skills - I need someone who can read, write, and respond in English to emails and chats from the project manager and follow directions with great attention to detail.

3. Must Have - The ability to use Excel / Google Sheets and perform repetitive, tedious tasks without taking shortcuts. Accuracy and completeness are more important than speed.

4. Work Schedule – The ability to work 40hrs per week. What shift or hours you work is negotiable but 40 hours per week is required.


THE ONBOARDING PROCESS:

How many hours per week are you available, Have you worked with other US companies in the past, What hours (include time zone) are you available, and What are you hoping to get from this position.

You will then be scheduled for an initial phone or skype interview and be required to answer a series of questions to determine your suitability to the job.

The best applicant shall then be offered a paid trial position for a specified period and then a contract if successful.


WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THE JOB FOR?

We currently have two blogs and four e-commerce stores that require content as well as content promotion. Part of this requires data mining (that’s where you come in).
