Overview: We are a real estate investment company seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to manage our daily data operations and lead-generation research. You will pull fresh property data from county sources every day, ensure the team’s KPIs are recorded, and run deep prospecting campaigns to find hard-to-reach home sellers using manual research paired with AI tools. Your work will directly fuel our lead pipeline and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Daily Data Pulls: Retrieve new public records (e.g. probate cases, foreclosure listings, tax delinquencies) from county websites and other sources every day, then clean and upload this data into our system.

Deep Prospecting: Conduct intensive online research to locate and skip trace hard-to-find property owners. Leverage manual techniques and AI workflows (people finder tools, social media, AI-based search) to discover phone numbers,
Data Management: Maintain organized lead databases and spreadsheets. Remove duplicates, correct errors, and keep records up-to-date with the latest information (status changes, new contact info, notes from the team).
Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data. Spot-check your lists and the team’s KPI entries to ensure we have reliable information. Take initiative to fix any inconsistencies and improve data processes.
Requirements:
Research Skills: Excellent internet research abilities – you can navigate county databases, search engines, and social media to find specific information. Resourcefulness in finding “missing pieces” is a must.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy. You double-check your work and take pride in maintaining clean data.
Tech & Tools: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Comfortable learning new software or AI tools to automate workflows. Prior experience with real estate list pulling or skip tracing tools is a plus.
Communication: Good English reading and writing skills for interpreting data (addresses, legal terms) and communicating with the team. To prove you read this, make the subject line of your message exactly: 'Data Manager - [Your Favorite Color]'. (This role is mostly back-office, so phone speaking is less critical.)
Reliability: Able to work full-time with a consistent schedule. Self-motivated to meet daily deadlines (for pulling data and reporting KPIs). Stable high-speed internet and a reliable computer are required.
