We are seeking a Data Manager to oversee the collection, organization, and refinement of lead data for our marketing campaigns. This role involves scraping online data, cleaning and structuring the information, and submitting refined leads to the manager for further action. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with large datasets.
Responsibilities:
Scrape online sources for potential leads based on predefined criteria.
Clean, deduplicate, and format raw data for accuracy and usability.
Verify and validate lead data to ensure quality and completeness.
Maintain and organize databases for efficient lead tracking.
Work with automation tools and scripts to optimize data collection processes.
Submit refined lead lists to the manager on a scheduled basis.
Identify trends and insights in lead data to improve targeting strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data management, lead generation, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.
Experience with web scraping tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
