Data Management and Reporting

I am looking for a qualified individual that can perform data management consisting of converting PDF data into excel spreadsheets. In addition, I am looking for someone with experience in assembling simple 1-2 page reports summarizing the data (a template will be provided as a go-by), but sufficient English reading and writing skills will be required. Evidence of these skills will need to be tested through at least one round of data prior to potential employment.

This position will likely need to be filled fairly quickly and will be needed for 20-40 hrs/week employment.
