Data Entry/Web Listing

ModCons is a well established retail business in Australia. We carry a wide range of pop culture collectables, figures and statues, card game and board game, etc, with a special focus on Anime merchandise and Cosplay costume. We operate through multiple sales channels, a brick and mortar store in Tuggerah shopping centre, our website, eBay store, and many pop culture conventions around the country.

With the business growing, we need to expand our VA team. We are looking for a data entry specialist helping us with the daily operation, duties as below:

• General data entry – All product setup in our inventory system
• Tracking record maintenance - Tracking all our purchases, from both domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Customer communication - Updating order status and handling general inquiries
• Product online listing

Requirements:
• Attention to details – Will deal with large amount of data, ranging from purchased orders, sales orders, to overseas parcels, customer emails, etc
• Ability to research and have a basic understanding of our new products (Anime shows, charactors, etc)
• Excellent English (both spoken and written)
• Basic graphic editing skills, for product image insertion.
• Willing to work with time tracker properly
• Interest and knowledge in Anime and gaming is a plus, but not necessary.

This is a long term stable position in an established business. ModCons has been operating for 18 years, with our VA team set up for more than 4 years.
