Data Entry - Weekends

Shift:
Daily — 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM MST (Every Weekend)
Must be available every single weekend without exception

Compensation:

Base Pay: 12,000 PHP/month (175 pesos per hour)

800 Peso sign on bonus.

Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Data Entry to join our team. You will be booking appointments, sending appointment reminders, following up with clients to reschedule and following up with leads to book appointments

This role is fast-paced and demanding. You must be able to think fast, type fast, and adapt under pressure while avoiding mistakes. Every message counts, and your results directly impact client success.

Responsibilities:
Book appointments and follow up with clients

You must have Strong Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate updates and issues clearly with the team.

Follow up with leads based on set scripts and workflows

Handle rebooking messages when clients cancel or reschedule

Maintain accurate tracking and internal notes

Requirements:
Must be available every day from 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM MST

Exceptional written English and fast typing speed

Can work quickly and under high-pressure situations without errors

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts

Preferred: Experience working at AT&T, Amazon, PayPal, or similar high-performance environments
