Data Entry & Outreach Assistant (Remote Entry-Level)

We are looking for a Data Entry & Outreach Assistant to help us connect with potential supporters for our social impact fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about making a difference. This Entry Level position does not require experience; training will be provided.

Must-Have Qualities:
? Reads and writes English VERY well
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling contact lists and email data
? Comfortable using basic web-based productivity tools (e.g. mail, spreadsheet)
? Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have Qualities:
? Enthusiastic about marketing, business growth, or nonprofit/social impact work
? Experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, or in a data entry role
? Familiarity with online tools and platforms used for outreach or event coordination
? A genuine interest in children's health, education, or speech-language development
? Hunger to learn, follow processes carefully, and suggest improvements

What You'll Be Doing:
? Handling data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using provided contact lists
? Supporting outreach efforts to connect with potential donors for our social impact fundraising
? Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of outreach activity and contact status
? Assisting with email-based administrative tasks as needed
? Communicating any issues or blockers clearly via email or messaging tools
