Data Encoder / Virtual Assistant (Philippines)

Rate: $3–$5 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Remote – Texas, USA

Job Type: Full-time (10pm-7am Phil time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Encoder Virtual Assistant to help with accurate data entry and basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
This is a long term employment, with the company. The longest VA working for us is 6 years.
Training will be provided. Please reply with attach resume. The position must be filled by 1/5/26.
Responsibilities:
Encode data accurately into spreadsheets, CRM, or online systems
Copy and paste data from various sources
Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
Organize files and maintain records
Perform basic admin tasks as assigned
Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Based in the Philippines
Proven experience in data entry or data encoding (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, Docs)
Stable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
Honest, reliable, and willing to learn

Nice to Have (but not required):

Experience as a Virtual Assistant
Familiarity with CRM tools
Computer literate
Fluent English and written communication skills
Ability to work Night Shift
