Join a dynamic, fast-paced workshop support team serving clients across Australia. We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to handle line-by-line invoice processing and ensure accuracy across our billing systems.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Entry, Accounts & Billing Administrator to support our growing Australian workshop network.
This remote role is open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

Your primary responsibility will be entering invoices, receipts, and bills into systems such as Xero and Mechanic Desk with a high degree of accuracy. You’ll also communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth back-end operations.


What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter large volumes of invoices, receipts, and bills into cloud-based systems (e.g., Xero, Mechanic Desk)
- Process invoices line-by-line with precision and consistency
- Professionally communicate with suppliers to clarify and resolve billing discrepancies
- Cross-check and reconcile mismatches between purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Handle sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality
- Work independently and consistently meet daily or weekly processing targets

About You
- Certificate III in Business (Administration) or similar qualification
- Experience processing supplier invoices line-by-line is strongly preferred
- Background in accounts payable, data entry, or admin support is an advantage
- Confident using cloud-based tools (Xero, Mechanic Desk, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your workload reliably

Role Details
- Location: Remote - Philippines only
- Hours: Work Australian business hours (afternoons free + evenings with your family)
- Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible for the right candidate)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
