Data Analytics Developer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Design, develop, and optimize robust ETL data pipelines from multiple data sources to maintain a comprehensive Data Warehouse.
-Develop insightful and user-friendly data models and schemas, ensuring stakeholders can make timely, informed decisions.
-Create intuitive and visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports, clearly translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
-Ensure high data quality standards, monitor data integrity, and proactively resolve discrepancies or issues in ETL processes.
-Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to clearly understand data requirements and deliver customized reports and analytics solutions.
-Conduct deep-dive analyses into critical operational data (e.g., accounts payable workflows) to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
-Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including dictionaries, glossaries, and lineage.
-Provide training, support, and documentation to empower users to effectively leverage dashboards.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Bachelor's or Associate degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or engineering.
-At least 3 years of specialized experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards across diverse business domains (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, Finance).
-2+ years of experience using Python for data analysis and manipulation.
-Strong proficiency with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python.
-Solid understanding of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server, and data warehousing.
-Experience with data modeling tools and practices (SSAS, Clickhouse preferred).
-Familiarity with data governance best practices, including glossaries and data lineage.
-Ability to transform complex data into clear, insightful visual narratives.
-Proficient with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, Time Doctor, Google Suite, LastPass, and Zoom.
-Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and verbal English proficiency.
-Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 16GB RAM
Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full ---------- -Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 PM–6 AM Philippine Time
Salary Range: PHP 85,000 - PHP 130,000 monthly, Depending on experience
