We are a UK-based business group operating across digital marketing and home improvement services.

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Web Scraping & Automation Specialist to build automated systems that collect data and generate home service leads from online sources.

The primary focus of this role will be developing web scraping tools and automation scripts that collect data from websites and organise it into structured databases for marketing and sales use.

Hours will be 5 hours per day, Uk hours 10am-3pm - (PH Time 6pm till 11pm) = 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop web scraping tools to collect data from websites and online directories for home services
• Build automated systems that gather and organise lead data
• Extract and structure data from multiple online sources
• Create scripts that run daily to collect and update lead information
• Clean and organise datasets for use in CRM and marketing systems
• Build simple dashboards or reports showing lead data and trends
• Work closely with our team to identify new data sources and opportunities

Typical Data Sources
You may be working with data such as:

• Property and planning permission websites
• Business directories and listings
• Public databases and datasets
• Social media signals and online requests for services
• Property and housing market data

Required Skills
• Experience with Python for web scraping and automation
• Knowledge of tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium or Playwright
• Ability to extract and structure data from websites
• Experience cleaning and organising datasets
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems

Bonus Skills
• Experience working with APIs
• SQL database experience
• Data automation and scheduling tools
• Experience working with lead generation data
• Knowledge of marketing or CRM systems
