JOB OVERVIEW

Imagine you receive two CSVs — one with subscription data (including start dates, prices, status), and one with refund/chargeback logs. What steps would you take in Google Sheets to calculate churn rate for the past 30 days?

About Us:
We are ---------- , a fast-growing SaaS company helping e-commerce merchants (mostly in the US and Europe) launch scalable subscription-based models and manage their own payment infrastructure. We work with high-volume merchants and handle custom setups using platforms like CheckoutChamp.

We’re looking for a data-driven analyst who’s reliable, organized, and able to produce monthly reports that help guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

Build and update monthly KPI dashboards (Revenue, MRR, churn, etc.)
Analyze processing fees from MID and bank statements (CSV/PDF)
Create a monthly performance report with a short summary
Organize files and reports in Google Sheets / Excel
Ensure all numbers are accurate and properly tracked

Tools We Use:

Google Sheets / Excel
CheckoutChamp (CRM/processing tool)
CSV files, bank and MID statements
Dropbox
Clockify

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience with Google Sheets / Excel
Previous work in e-commerce or subscription-based SaaS analytics
Understanding of churn, MRR, retention, and recurring revenue
Very organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
Bonus: Familiar with payment processors (MIDs, ISO, Stripe, Banking..)

Compensation:

3,5$/hour depending on experience
Paid monthly via transfer monthly or weekly
Opportunity to grow into Junior Head of Data
