Job Summary
A Data Analyst collects, processes, and analyzes data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and consistency.
Identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Collaborate with teams to understand business goals and data needs.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
Present findings and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with:
SQL
Microsoft Excel
Python or R
Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms or big-data tools.
Basic machine learning knowledge.

Previous analytics or business intelligence experience.
