JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to set up and manage our marketing analytics stack as a freelancer, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. You’ll be responsible for configuring and integrating tools including Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, RedTrack, Social Status, DashThis, and Lightdash—ensuring seamless data flow from acquisition through retention and reporting.

You’ll own the initial setup and integration, including connecting attribution platforms, building data pipelines into a warehouse, modeling data with dbt, and creating dashboards in Lightdash. Once the foundation is in place, you’ll continue to manage and optimize the system, interpreting insights to guide marketing decisions and improve performance across web ads, mobile apps, PC games, and social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and BI platforms, combined with an understanding of digital marketing analytics. This role blends data engineering, marketing analytics, and BI visualization, offering the chance to shape a scalable analytics ecosystem from the ground up while growing into a long?term position with our team.
