Virtual Assistant – Data Analysis & Reporting (Part-Time, Remote) Long-term role with growth potential

We’re a fast-growing CPG company looking for a highly analytical and organized Virtual Assistant to help us make smarter, data-backed decisions. If you love spreadsheets, charts, and creating clean, insightful presentations — we want to hear from you.

???? What You’ll Do
-Analyze sales data by region, product, and time period
-Create clear charts, tables, and visual reports in Excel or Google Sheets
-Prepare presentations in Google Slides or Canva or Looker Studio to summarize key insights
-Track performance over time and support both short-term actions and long-term planning
-Maintain and clean up data regularly to ensure everything is accurate and up to date
-Support our sales and marketing teams with ad hoc reporting and trend analysis

What We’re Looking For:
-Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — must be confident with formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning
-Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Can analyze and explain what the data means, not just build a chart
-Comfortable managing both daily tasks and medium- to long-term projects
-Can work independently and meet deadlines without needing to be micromanaged

Bonus Points For:
-Experience with CPG, eCommerce, or retail data
-Knows how to communicate on Slack and Notion
-Availability to work at least 2–3 hours overlapping US time zones (EST or PST)
