Dashboard & Data Visualization Specialist (Looker Studio/Google Data Studio)
Starting Rate: $7.5/hour
Hours: 10-20hrs/week
Working shift: Fully flexible except meetings ~2times/week during at 8PM-Midnight PH time.

Summary – We are seeking a Looker Studio Data Visualization Specialist who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple data sources to support marketing and product management initiatives. This role involves creating custom data visualization dashboards requested by Product Management and Marketing Departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in marketing data visualization, dashboard building, and digital performance analytics—turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business and marketing strategy.

REQUIRED: At least 2 years’ experience in Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and Google Analytics or similar tools.
REQUIRED: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in marketing/digital analytics and business data dashboard creation.
REQUIRED: Proficient in using project management software like ClickUp or equivalent.
REQUIRED: Familiarity with Hotjar and Google ads data is highly desirable.
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software - WebWork (will be provided)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain marketing and business analytics dashboards using multiple data sources.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing dashboards.
- Deliver quarterly distributor eCommerce website dashboard reports—including key performance insights, content recommendations, and strategy suggestions.
- Analyze website click activity, heatmaps, and content performance to identify what sections of the site perform well and which require improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to overhaul and optimize the specific portion of the company website.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align dashboard insights with overall marketing and product strategy.
- Present data-driven reports and recommendations that highlight opportunities for improved performance.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Previous consulting or agency experience analyzing digital marketing performance.
- Strong storytelling ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of web heat mapping, SEO, and user behavior tracking tools.
- Experience working with PIM, CMS, Google ads and other eCommerce data.
- Preferred education background: Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics or Applied Mathematics etc.
- Preferred certifications in Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Power BI/Tableau.
Stretch Goals/Responsibilities
- Automate Data Flows: Develop automated pipelines (e.g., using Google Sheets API or Supermetrics) to regularly refresh dashboard data from multiple sources without manual updates.
- Predictive Insights: Use trend analysis or basic forecasting models to predict traffic, conversion, or campaign performance patterns.
- Cross-Platform ROI Attribution: Design multi-touch attribution models to help determine which marketing channels deliver the highest ROI.
- Advanced Visualization Enhancements: Introduce interactive visual layers (e.g., filters by audience, geography, or campaign type) to make dashboards more intuitive for non-technical users.
- Performance Benchmarking: Develop internal benchmarks to measure marketing performance against industry standards or competitor data.
- Integration with Marketing Automation: Connect dashboards with CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp) for more unified reporting.
