I’m looking for a video editor experienced in DTC advertising and Meta creatives — someone who can think like a marketer, not just an editor. Each edit should feel intentional, emotionally driven, and made with the customer in mind.
You’ll be editing Meta
Responsibilities:
– Edit and deliver around 30 high-quality DTC ads per week
– Create UGC mashups, identify strong hooks, and build scroll-stopping intros
– Edit with intention — understanding the audience’s emotions, pain points, and desires
– Add captions, transitions, and SFX that enhance the message (not distract from it)
– Think from the customer’s perspective and continuously test what works visually and emotionally
Requirements:
– Proven experience editing DTC ads for e-commerce brands
– Strong grasp of consumer psychology and what makes people buy
– Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven marketing
– Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
– Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented with a marketing mindset
