JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We run multiple 7-figure DTC brands on Meta. We're hiring an experienced video editor who has already worked with real DTC brands, has the results to prove it, and knows exactly what it takes to make ads that convert.
This is not an entry-level role. Not for someone still building their portfolio. If you can't show us the brands you've worked with and the numbers your edits drove — this isn't for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Turning raw UGC footage into direct-response Meta ads that stop the scroll and drive purchases
Building hooks, open loops, and pacing structures that hold attention from the first frame to the CTA
Using AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling etc.) to generate realistic b-roll that fills scenes seamlessly between clips
Adding captions, overlays, and sound design with one goal — performance
Iterating fast based on data, not opinions


You're the Right Person If

You have a portfolio of DTC ecommerce ads with real performance data behind them
You've worked with established brands and can name them
You understand the difference between a pretty video and a converting one — and you default to converting every time
You use AI video tools to enhance edits as a genuine production asset, not a gimmick
You move fast, take feedback without ego, and treat iteration as the job


Non-Negotiables

DTC ecommerce experience only — brand content, music videos, and agency work don't count here
Full time, exclusive — no other clients — not flexible
Portfolio of edited ads only — no raw footage
Performance data attached where possible
AI b-roll experience — if you haven't used AI tools in real paid social edits this isn't the right role


Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio quality
Performance bonuses for editors whose ads scale
