We're hiring an experienced video editor who lives and breathes cinematic, high-impact podcast content — think Diary of a CEO energy — to join our fun, dynamic team full-time!

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION This is a full-time remote role with room for growth into senior video editor positions. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while aligning with our official UK timezone (EST).

ROLE OBJECTIVE Your primary focus will be editing cinematic podcast trailers and long-form podcast episodes in the style of top-tier shows like Diary of a CEO — punchy cuts, dynamic captions, gripping hooks, and a premium feel throughout. You'll work closely with a strategist to align on creative direction and ensure every edit drives views and retains audiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS

?Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
?Proficient in After Effects (non-negotiable)
? Strong eye for cinematic pacing, colour grading, and storytelling
? Experience editing podcast trailers and/or long-form podcast content
?Familiarity with high-retention editing styles (DOAC, Lex Fridman, etc.)
? Proficient in English
? Photoshop skills are a bonus
? Experience with Notion, Slack, or ClickUp is a bonus
